Mr. Patrick Van Surell is responsible for Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets Advisory. Previously, Mr. Van Surell was a Vice President at Swicorp Financial Advisory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he advised clients in Europe and the Middle East on mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt raising, financial restructuring and joint ventures. Prior to this Mr. Van Surell held senior positions in mergers & acquisitions in London at JP Morgan Chase, Credit Agricole Indosuez and Barclays de Zoete Wedd.
Mr. Van Surell has a bachelors degree in Law and a MA in Business and Tax Law, both from the University Pantheon Sorbonne, Paris.
