Najib Fayyad has over 16 years of global work experience in financial advisory services and investment banking with large multinational companies, including Arthur Andersen, KPMG and PriceWaterhouse in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. He has served as lead advisor to a wide number of clients; structured a number of unique investment products; and managed various assignments, including mergers & acquisitions, private placements, project finance, business valuations, financial advisory services and feasibility studies. In the early 1990’s, Mr. Fayyad worked on USAID funded projects in Eastern Europe specifically related to mass privatizations and capital markets. Mr. Fayyad served as Unicorn’s advisor during the set up period and joined full time upon establishment. He has coordinated, structured and successfully launched a number of investment products for Unicorn.
Mr. Fayyad is a graduate with a BSc in Finance from George Mason University in the United States. He has also completed numerous executive management studies and training programs.
