Ayman Sejiny

Ayman Sejiny is a Founding Investor of Unicorn Investment Bank (Unicorn) and a member of both the senior management team and the Board of Directors.

Mr. Sejiny has over 15 years of corporate and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Unicorn, he worked at SAMBA (formerly Saudi American Bank, a Citibank affiliate) and Saudi Hollandi Bank, an affilitate of ABN AMRO, where he was responsible for handling credit relationships with companies operating in a number of different industries, including real estate, contracting, petrochemical and manufacturing, as well as holding companies, other conglomerates and publicly traded companies. He was also a member of the team responsible for the merger between SAMBA and United Saudi Bank.

Mr. Sejiny is an advisor to the Chairman of Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Company, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia, and was actively involved in the establishment of a new home finance company. Moreover, he is a founder and member of the board of BioMe which aims to establish a biotechnology cluster in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Sejiny holds a BA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University.
